Physical Fitness Tips 

1. Cardio exercise is such a vital part to losing weight and maintaining a healthy heart.  Such exercises include walking, swimming, biking, and jogging. 

2. Have on proper foot wear while exercising. Shoes should not be old and slick on the sole. Cross fit tennis shoes or running shoes should be worn during exercise. 

3. Proper clothing is very important during exercise. You want breathable clothing. Even in cold weather, start with layers and remove clothing as the body temperature rises. 

4. Make sure to eat a small snack 30-45 minutes before exercising. 

5. Drink plenty of water after exercising and eat a high protein meal after.
