Great live music, theological discussion, excellent food and drinks, and a stellar location - it's the best way to spend a Monday evening! You're invited to join us for our monthly Pub Theology gathering at Lost Rhino Brewing Company in Ashburn, where we explore real-life topics from a faith perspective, listen to live music (previous selections include Johnny Cash!), and engage in discussions and presentations on topics like sin and death, life in our schools, law enforcement, and more. Email Tianna Durbin, Minister of Worship & Arts, to sign up or for more information.
If you play an instrument and would like to be included in solo opportunities, or small ensembles, we would like to know! Ensembles are perfect for Christmas Eve and Easter Worship and Choral Anthems sometimes include small ensembles and solo instruments too! Soloists will be included on a rotational basis and as schedules permit. At least one rehearsal with the Music Director and an accompanist (if needed) will occur prior to playing an instrument for worship. Don’t be shy! Do consider contributing your musical talent with the Arcola Community. Email Tianna Durbin, Minister of Worship & Arts, to sign up or for more information.
