Lenten Wellness Calendar

As we enter Lent, the Health and Wellness Ministry would like to provide a daily suggestion to boost your well-being. We hope to empower you to take care of yourself spiritually, physically, and mentally. Beginning on Ash Wednesday, each day suggests one wellness practice. Most of these can be accomplished in 5-10 minutes (or less). Consider what each practice means to you, to others, and to God. Does it bring you joy? Connect you to others? Center you so that you may focus on the Word? Promote wellness? Encourage you to be of service to others? Consider which of these practices feeds your soul and whether you could implement them in the long-term.
