Heart & Soul Art Event

Learn how you can use simple drawing technique to do an active meditation. Art can give you a different way to reach a mindful state of relaxation and reduce anxiety. This class is open to anyone who would like to pursue this process; no art or drawing experience is needed. You will be directed through the easy steps that will give you a new way to relax and clear your mind.
This will be a Zoom class led by Beverley Sharrard on Sunday, October 4 at 2pm. The cost will be $30 which will cover the cost of the supplies you will receive.
