Normal Aging vs. Dementia with Insight Memory Care
Kay Yong with Insight Memory Care will be speaking on “Normal Aging vs. Dementia”. Many older adults are concerned they may be slipping into dementia when they experience memory issues. We provide information so they can recognize the difference between normal aging memory loss and the early stages of dementia. We introduce some fun and stimulating brain exercises to keep their brains active.
