I AM: The God of Exodus, The God of Jesus Christ

Series Title:  I AM: The God of Exodus, The God of Jesus Christ

Series Overview Who is God? In the book of Exodus, Moses encounters God in a burning bush and asks for God's name. The answer changes everything: "I AM WHO I AM." God reveals God's identity as the One who sees, hears, delivers, provides, guides, and remains faithful to God's people.

Centuries later, in the Gospel of John, Jesus makes a series of remarkable declarations: "I am the Bread of Life." "I am the Light of the World." "I am the Good Shepherd." "I am the Resurrection and the Life." These aren't simply metaphors. They echo God's holy name revealed in Exodus, revealing that the same God who rescued Israel is now made known through Jesus Christ.

Throughout this series, we'll journey through the story of Exodus alongside the Gospel of John, discovering how God's character remains constant from generation to generation. The God who called Moses still calls people today. The God who freed the oppressed still brings freedom. The God who provided in the wilderness still provides for us. And the great "I AM" continues to meet us in Jesus Christ.

Join us as we discover that the God of Exodus is the God of Jesus Christ—and the same faithful God who is present with us today.

The God revealed to Moses is the same God revealed in Jesus Christ.
