Living Well - Group Fitness with Katie

Join us as we learn how to move our bodies for more flexibility and tone our muscles. Katie, who is personal trainer combines exercise, yoga and meditation for this group. Every Wednesday at 5:30pm to 6:30pm in Ruth Hall. No experience needed. No childcare provided. For those adults who like to move!!
