Kari Voliva
Director of Grow Ministry
Kari joined the Arcola staff in October 2025 as the Director of Grow. In this role, she seeks to create welcoming spaces where people of all ages can grow in faith, deepen their relationship with God and one another, and live as His disciples through worship, learning, and community.
Before coming to Arcola, Kari spent 20 years serving with a large military nonprofit organization, where she helped lead family readiness initiatives, volunteer and membership programs, educational opportunities, and wounded warrior support. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy and a Bachelor’s in Communications from George Mason University.
Kari loves reading, kitchen dance parties, and laughing her way through life with her husband Mike, their daughters Rosie and Maddie Grace, and their yellow lab Scout.
