Willy Wonka, Jr. Musical Drama 2027

The Summer in the Arts Musical Drama Camp for rising 7th - 12th graders will meet July 19-23, 2027 from 9am-5pm, and perform Willy Wonka, Jr. at the end of the week! This camp will include a workshop on July 13 from 4:30-6:30pm to go over songs and talk about what to expect in auditions. Auditions to be held July 14 and 15 from 4:30-7:30pm, and ALL campers will be cast! There will be a separate sign-up for this. There will be two performances of Willy Wonka, Jr: Friday, July 23 at 7pm & Saturday, July 24 at 11am.

Cost is $350 per student (This includes auditions, workshop, 9-5pm camp, dinner Friday night, t-shirt, and processing fees). Scholarships are available for families who can demonstrate economic hardship. Reach out to Stephanie Slocum, Director of Serve. No refunds after July 1.

Deb loves being part of the Arcola Music Ministry. She is especially excited to direct the children's Christmas Musical each year and lead our children and youth in sharing the story of Jesus' birth in creative ways. Deb has been attending Arcola Church since 2012. Deb also loves participating in all things music and arts and is involved in Joyful Noise, Alleluia Choir and Grace Note Ringers. Outside of Arcola, Deb is the Director of Events at Lansdowne Resort. She resides in Brambleton, VA with her husband Cecil and daughter Emilyn. She is blessed and grateful for their continuous love and support to follow her passions.
