Make your plans to attend our Community Care Health Fair, dedicated to promoting mental, physical, and spiritual wellness within our community, specifically for ages 7th grade through adults. Experience a diverse range of activities, workshops, and resources focused on nurturing all three aspects of wellness. This is an open house style event - come for as much as you're able. We need volunteers to work the Health Fair if you are able to spare a few hours to help out! Please register below! If you are unable to attend or volunteer but would like to make a donation to the Health Fair, you can donate below. 

Every attendee is eligible for raffle prizes and receives a free reusable bag!
