Join Arcola Church in giving our nation’s Veterans a warm and enthusiastic welcome!
Honor Flights bring Veterans from around the country to Washington, D.C., for a special day of recognition and a tour of the memorials built in their honor. We have the privilege of welcoming two Honor Flights as they arrive at Dulles Airport.
Greeting the Veterans is simple and meaningful—cheer, applaud, wave flags, and thank them for their service. Feel free to bring flags, signs, and thank-you cards to hand out. It’s a memorable experience for everyone involved and an especially meaningful opportunity for children and youth!
Flight Arrivals: 10:15 AM and 10:45 AM
When to Arrive: Please arrive about 20 minutes before the flights.
Where to Meet: Dulles Airport Main Terminal, across from the Emirates ticket counter.
Need a free parking pass? Honor Flight offers a separate registration for a free parking pass. This registration is optional and is only needed if you would like the parking pass. If you register with Honor Flight, your parking pass will be emailed to you approximately 24 hours before the flights.
