Christmas Fest & Live Nativity 2025
Experience an evening of holiday joy! Our annual smash hit Christmas Fest is family fun for all ages. We're bringing back live animals in our nativity, Christmas music performances, pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus, plus Santa's workshop, games, hot cocoa, food trucks, and more.

Schedule
All evening (5-8:30pm): Reindeer Games (games for kids), Food Trucks, S'more Station, Santa's Workshop (craft making), Hot Cocoa Bar, and Vendors (list coming soon!)
- 5 - 8pm: Live Nativity - sheep, goats, and our very own donkey alongside characters from the Nativity.
- 5:15 - 6:15pm and 6:30 - 7:30: Photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus - Timed Entry. Details below!
- Music Performances at various times during the night - Grab dinner at one of the food trucks and join us in the Great Room for live performances from Arcola's choir, band, handbells, and children's choir. Sing along with Christmas favorites and hear some new tunes!

Have your photo (or your kiddo's photo!) taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus with our festive backdrop! Your photo will be emailed to you after the event. When you arrive at Christmas Fest, please go to Room 112 to receive a timed entry ticket and then enjoy Christmas Fest until your time.

Sign up to compete for the coveted "Fest Dressed" prize at our 2nd Annual Ugly Christmas Sweater (or Outfit) Contest. Dig out your wackiest, tackiest Christmas gear and strut your stuff on stage to compete for fabulous prizes.

Volunteer
Help us welcome the community into our church and make Christmas Fest a success! Numerous volunteers are needed for this fun filled night. Volunteer for a one hour shift or donate a sweet treat.
