Join us for the Ash Wednesday pancake dinner served by the Confirmation Class from 6-7pm and then worship afterwards at 7:15pm. Donations will go to support SOME (So Others Might Eat).
The Reverse Lent Challenge
Don't give something up –add something special!
On Ash Wednesday night, families, couples and singles are invited to pick up and decorate a Lent basket before or after the service. Your basket will come with challenge cards for the 40 days of Lent. Instead of giving something up, your household is encouraged to fill your basket and give back treasure, time and talents to God, yourselves, and others in need. Come and enjoy the pancake “brinner,” make your basket, and then join us for worship- it’s a great way to begin your Lent season!
