Inclement Weather
If you feel road conditions are dangerous and want to pick your child up early, please feel free to do so at any time. The Loudoun County Public School (LCPS) policy is our guideline but YOU are the best judge of what you think is safe for you and your child.
It is your responsibility to know when the county schools will be closed.
We will follow the LCPS for closings due to inclement weather. Announcements of school closings are communicated via television on most news channels or on radio stations like WTOP at AM 1500/ FM 103.5. You can sign-up for e-mail notification on LCPS web site (www.loudoun.k12.va.us). In the event an excessive number of days are missed due to inclement weather, the Preschool Board will determine if some of those days will be made up.
Late Openings
If Loudoun County Public Schools open one or two hours late, Arcola Christian Preschool will open one hour late and will close at the regular time.
