Blood Drive at Arcola Church
Help to save a life by donating blood at our upcoming blood drive! It will be held at the church on Sunday, April 18 from 8am - 12pm.
More than 200 units of blood are needed daily in the Metro area. Let's do our part by making sure the blood is there for those that need it. It is one thing that scientists can't reproduce and can only be gotten from another human.
Our church's goal is to collect 25 units, please help by being a lifesaver. Try challenging your Small Group to take a whole 1/2 hour time slot with 5 donors. It's fun to donate with friends and just one unit of blood can save up to 3 lives!
Here's how to quickly make an appointment:
1. Go to www.inova.org/donateblood (you can find out more about donating here also)
2. Click on Schedule an Appointment
3. Click on Donate Blood
4. Type in our drive code - 7108
5. Click on Arcola's name
6. Choose which time available is most convienient for you!
