Senior High Youth
The purpose of Arcola Church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ who Praise the Lord, Learn His teachings and Share His love through service to others.

Meeting Schedule:
1st Sunday of each month go out to lunch
2nd and 3rd Sunday nights, meet from 6 to 7:30 pm
- Dinner, fellowship and program
- Will email what is for dinner and youth bring things to cook
- Make sure we have a good email, cell phone
- 4th Sunday we have off, we do some special meetings and events
Sunday School
Meets from 11 am - 12 pm starting September 12 in the Chapel. It will typically follow the sermon text for that Sunday
Arcola Youth Choir (AYC)
Leader: Geoff Gay
Sings intermittently throughout the year; including Christmas, Christmas Eve and Easter. Practices are 6:30 pm on Thursdays in the Great Room.
Mission and Service work
SOME - 3rd Wednesday of each month (need to be 16 to work in kitchen, younger can work on serving line) Watch for email to sign up. Leave church by 5am and back to church by 9:30 am
Mexico Mission – June 26 - July 1, 2011
We plan to build an elementary school, do Vet work, Bible school. This will cost around $800 a person.
Habitat for Humanity - July 17 - July 22, 2011
Small Groups
For High School Boys Only - led by Ed Abner and will meet on Thursday nights it will focus on what it is to be a man today. Will start in late September and run about 7 weeks.
Moms of High Schoolers - led by Julia Riedel and Kathy Zapfel, it will engage moms of high schoolers as well as empty nest moms. Watch for details on meeting schedule
